REGULAR AGENDA

• Caldwell School District and Caldwell Transportation Proposed Contract - April Burton, Chief Financial Officer, explained that the contract between Caldwell Transportation Company and the Caldwell School District was accepted by the Idaho State Department of Education, Transportation Division. Trustees voted to approve the Proposed Contract.
• Master Agreement for 2022-2023 - Melissa Langan, Chief Academic Officer, shared the process of negotiations and the ratification of the Master Agreement by the Caldwell Education Association (CEA). Trustees voted to approve the Master Agreement for the 2022-2023 school year. 
• Fred Factor - Trustees received a copy of the book ‘The Fred Factor’ in preparation for their Monday, July 25, 2022, Board Retreat. 
• COVID-19 School Operation Plan for 2021-2022 - No update was provided from South West District Health and no student and staff testing due to summer break.
