The Caldwell School District Board of Trustees is launching a new way for community members to post public comments about specific agenda items prior to board meetings. The tool also allows residents to submit unpublished comments for trustees to review and consider at any time.
The public comment system offers greater board and district transparency while enhancing the level of communication available between the public and the Board of Trustees. It will also allow for more public access and involvement.
Using the system, community members no longer need to look up each board member’s email address to submit comments. Residents may also submit comments in English or Spanish, as well as on a desktop computer or mobile device.
