Certificate of Emergency Closure - Dr. French discussed the snow day protocol with the Trustees. The Board approved the Emergency School Closure.
Personnel Report - Trustees voted to approve the Personnel Report
Idaho Career Ready Students (ICRS) - Trustees heard from Anita Wilson, Caldwell High School Principal, and Justin Rural, Agricultural Teacher at Caldwell High School, about funding for the construction of an Ag Science classroom and lab. Board Members voted to approve and move forward with the Idaho Career Ready Students grant to fund the Ag Science classroom and lab.
Simbli Training - Keely Cheney, Clerk of the Board, provided Trustees with a brief training on the new Board Meeting Software, Simbli.
Communication from Trustees - Jessica Watts, Director of Communications, will work with Trustees to create a board report and summary that can be shared with patrons in their respective zones. Trustees will review and update the information as needed.
