CHS Student Council - Trustees watched a presentation from Andi Arnold and her students about student council upcoming events and goals for the rest of the school year.

Surplus - The Board of Trustees approved the surplus.

Field Trip(s) - Members of the Board approved the Band Field Trip to Logan, Utah.

Bank Account Signatory Information - Members of the Board approved the Bank Account Signatory Information.

Continuous Improvement Plan - The District must submit an updated plan to the State Board Of Education each year no later than October 1. Dr. French reviewed components of the Plan with the Trustees. The Plan is posted on the District website which can be found here. The Board of Trustees approved the Continuous Improvement Plan.

ESSER Plan - Members of the Board watched a PowerPoint presentation on survey results and information for ESSER funds. Trustees approved the LEA ARP ESSER Plan. The plan will be submitted to the State by Friday, October 1, 2021. 

Supplemental Staffing Agencies - Board Members reviewed and discussed Supplemental Staffing Agencies. The Board approved a contract with AMB allowing the District to hire five maintenance and custodial personnel to fill in where needed through June 2022.

School Operation Plan for 2021-22 - Trustees reviewed and discussed recent COVID-19 data and information. Board members also discussed COVID-19 funds the District will be receiving from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
