Resolution on School Board Member Authority - Trustees approved Vice Chair Manning to present to the Idaho School Board Association (ISBA) executive board meeting on September 11, 2021, to represent the Caldwell School District's resolution.

School Operation Plan for 2021-22 - After receiving testimony regarding district attendance rates, COVID-19 data and information, the Board of Trustees voted to approve an indoor mask mandate for all district students and staff through October 14, 2021. The mandate goes into effect on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. The mask requirement also applies to school transportation. The Board will continue to review school based data at upcoming meetings to determine if other action will need to be taken.
