Superintendent Dr. N. Shalene French and the Board of Trustees reviewed the district's Reopening Plan in light of the current substantial spread of COVID and the county's alert level of "red" and the staffing concerns and lack of substitutes for teachers who are absent.
The Board voted to shift to remote learning Nov. 30, 2020 through Jan. 4, 2021. The Board also directed the administration to revisit and revise the reopening plan based on the evening's discussion. The Board will discuss at its December 14, 2020 regular meeting what instructional model will be used after the holiday break.
