When is the first day of school for students for the 2024-25 school year?

Wednesday, August 14, 2024

*The first day will be an early release day.

  • Elementary: 8:55 am - 2:00 pm
  • Jefferson Middle School: 8:15 am - 1:25 pm
  • Syringa, Canyon Springs, and Caldwell High Schools: 7:50 am - 1:15 pm

When is in-person student registration?

Monday, August 5, 2024. 

  • 7 am - 6 pm | Lewis & Clark, Sacajawea, Washington, Wilson, and Van Buren Elementary (K-4)
  • 9 am - 7 pm | Caldwell High (9-12), Canyon Springs (9-12), Syringa Middle (7-8), Jefferson Middle School (5-6)

What immunizations/vaccinations are required for school?

Here is a link to the requirements for 2024-25. Idaho law also allows for some exemptions to the required immunizations. 

COVID-19 vaccinations for children age 12 and older are recommended but not required.

¿Qué inmunizaciones/vacunas se requieren para la escuela?
