Allergy Information: No milk substitutions will be made for any reason without documentation from the student’s physician. Food substitutions cannot be made for any reason without a conference consisting of the student’s parents/guardians, physician, school nurse, and either the principal or kitchen manager, to determine the student’s needs and the liability of the Food Service Department. The Food Service Program is required to have documentation on file for all the students with a food intolerance of any kind.
