St. Luke's Children's Mobile Care

St. Luke's Children's Mobile Care will be on-site at four Caldwell School District school sites on Mondays during the school year, staffed and funded by St. Luke’s. This service is not provided by the Caldwell School District. However, this partnership will allow families to conveniently access a medical clinic. Parents from any CSD school can make arrangements for their child to be treated at the clinic. Consent forms will be available at all school health offices and should be provided directly to the St. Luke’s staff. No student may be seen at the clinic without parent consent. The purpose of the clinic on site is to provide students and families with convenient access to essential healthcare services, getting care sooner, and missing less school and less work. Their goal is also to connect families to more consistent, regular pediatric care, as needed. All billing, insurance, and payment arrangements will be directly between St. Luke’s and families, just like any other clinic. Clínica Pediátrica Móvil St. Luke

La clínica móvil de St. Luke's estará presente en cuatro escuelas del Distrito Escolar de Caldwell los lunes durante el año escolar, con personal y financiación de St. Luke's. Este servicio no lo ofrece el Distrito Escolar de Caldwell. Sin embargo, esta colaboración permitirá a las familias acceder fácilmente a una clínica médica.
