Returning Student Registration: 2024-2025 

If you have a student who has previously attended Caldwell School District you will receive an email between Monday, August 29th, and Wednesday, August 31st notifying you when your child's returning student enrollment form is ready in your Parent Portal. You can also access the Parent Portal using the link below.

Parent Portal New Student Registration
If you have a brand new student who has never attended Caldwell School District, then you are now able to create a parent portal account and register your student. This is only for students who have not attended CSD before.
Note: If you live within Farmway Village, your new school will be Sacajawea (K-5) and Syringa (6-8) for the 2024-2025 school year. This is not yet reflected in the Zone Finder tool on the application.

Open Enrollment

If you live outside the Caldwell School District boundaries you will need to apply using the open enrollment form. Learn more about the open enrollment process here.

FAQ's

What documents do I need to register my new student?
During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to electronically upload these documents. If you are not able to upload them in this form, please provide a paper copy to your student's school in order to complete the enrollment process.
 
Please be advised that the following items are needed before your student's registration will be finalized. 
  • Student's birth certificate or other recognized government documentation showing the students identity and birth date
  • Student's immunization record
  • Your proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill)
  • Your picture identification (driver's license)
  • Court documents (if applicable)
