Here are some great templates to use for reading intervention!  They can be assigned to small groups of students who are working with a teacher or they can be displayed on the board using your projector to do blending board with whole class instruction!  They are also great for EL students who are working to learn vowel and consonant patterns in English.  Enjoy!
