Google is constantly updating their products and sometimes, those updates seem to come out of the middle of nowhere.  You may have noticed a couple of changes in your Google Products this week.

 

Jamboards now has the ability to add backgrounds so you can upload an image, a PDF, or even do a Google Image Search on the internet to find backgrounds for your Jams.

 

Google has also changed some of their communication tools in an effort to compete with Microsoft Teams and give users the ability to keep all project related communication in a central location.  Your gmail account probably looks a little different this week.  Hangouts has gone away and has been replaced by Chat.  You now have a new feature in your gmail called Rooms.  These changes probably are showing up on your mobile device as well.
