If your student has never attended a school in the Caldwell School District, you will need to create a Parent Portal account and complete the online registration process.

Steps to Register:

Complete the online enrollment form by clicking here.

Upload digital copies of the required documents listed below.
Required Documents:

Student’s birth certificate or other government-issued document showing the student’s identity and birth date

Student’s immunization records

Proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill, etc.)

Court documents, if applicable (custody paperwork, name change documents, etc.)

*Open enrollment applications for the 2025-2026 school year are due by February 1st, 2025.
We offer open enrollment for families:
- Who live within the Caldwell School District boundaries and want their child(ren) to attend a school other than the one assigned to their residential address
- Who live outside of the Caldwell School District boundaries and want their child(ren) to attend one of our schools.
Idaho law (33-1402) allows the District to offer an opportunity to apply for a change of school through open enrollment.
