New Transition Plan for Caldwell School District Students (CSHS, CHS, Syringa, and Jefferson)

As a student enrolled in the Caldwell School District, our goal is to support a smooth and successful transition back to your home school. To begin this process, you are asked to report to the Caldwell School District’s Boost Program, located at Canyon Springs High School, 1502 Fillmore Street.

What to expect:

• You will participate in an intake meeting with your home school counselor and/or an administrator to determine the best next steps.
• High school students: We will review options for returning to your home school and recovering missed credits, participating in credit recovery through the Boost Program, or transferring to Canyon Springs High School if that option is more beneficial.
• Middle school students: We will develop a PBIS support plan to assist with your return to your home school within the next one to two days.

Please know that we are here to support you throughout this process. On the first school day following your release from the Southwest Idaho Juvenile Detention Facility, please arrive at Canyon Springs High School at 9:00 am. Bring this letter with you so the front office can direct you to the appropriate location.
