Needed: Piano, a place to change, and 20 minutes to set up.
Attached you will find the study guide for our performance of The Billy Goats Gruff.
Typically we only need 15 to 20 minutes to set up for the performance. Our artists may arrive earlier just to make sure they are on time. Please do not feel pressured to let them into the performance space if you are not ready when they arrive. They’re more than happy to wait their turn.
Is there somewhere in your school they can change into their costumes?
The performance should last no more than 45 minutes. We typically follow the performance with a short Q&A session of no-more than 5 minutes. If needed due to time constraints, we can forgo the Q&A. Please let our performers know upon arrival.
As requested, we will bring our keyboard to Central Elementary. I have that all the other schools have a piano we can use. If that’s no longer possible, do let me know.
