The goal of the Board of Trustees is to provide an educational program of the highest possible standards. Success in attaining this goal is dependent in large measure upon the competency of the professional staff and of those who serve in direct supporting positions to the instructional program of the school.

 

Payroll Information

Payday is once per month on or before the 25th day of the month. Full-time employees who work nine months during the school year receive pro-rated "level" payments through the end of August. The deadline for payroll changes is the 10th of the month. Direct deposit is strongly encouraged. Employees are responsible for verifying the information on their payroll checks. Questions or concerns should be reported immediately to the payroll office at Ext. 2258.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 2023-24

Caldwell School District offers an employee assistance program through Vital WorkLife.
 
What is the EAP?
It’s a service that helps you deal with the challenges you face in any of your many roles: employee, parent, spouse, child, friend, partner, and even consumer. EAP services are FREE to you, your dependents, all household members.
 
What does the EAP provide?
• Up to six (6) confidential face-to-face counseling sessions for almost any issue, such as;
• parenting problems,
• relationship issues,
• anxiety and work stress
• This is available for employees and any of their household family members (regardless of benefit plan enrollment).

Life Insurance

Caldwell School District offers a $50,000 term life insurance policy to each eligible full-time employee through United Heritage.
