Syringa Middle School Report - Heather Ehlschide, Syringa Middle School Principal, spoke to Trustees about the school’s academics, athletics, and activities. In addition, Mrs. Ehlschide provided information on how the reconfiguration transition is going this year.

CSD SRO Program - Trustees heard from Eric Phillips, Director of Student Safety and Emergency Operations, about what a school district SRO program looks like. Mr. Phillips provided Board Members with information on how other school districts implement their SRO program. 

Community Event Report - Brita Velazquez, EL and Migrant Coordinator, provided Trustees with a recap of the recent Farmway Village Community Roundtable event. Board Members discussed immigration and other issues affecting families.

Ratify Fourth of July MOU with the City of Caldwell - Trustees voted to ratify the Fourth of July MOU with the City of Caldwell. 

CHS Main Gym - Board Members voted to approve the use of the School Modernization Fund to replace the Caldwell High School main gym bleachers and gym curtain. 

Syringa Middle School HVAC Project - Trustees voted to approve the District’s request to go out to bid to continue to update Syringa Middle School’s HVAC system. 

IHSAA Regulations 17-1-4; CHS Football Camps - Trustees voted to approve the request to use the equipment for the Caldwell High School football camp this summer.
