ABOUT THE PROPOSED SUPPLEMENTAL LEVY REPLACEMENT
The proposed Supplemental Levy is a replacement of Caldwell School District’s current $4.1 million Supplemental Levy, which expires June 30, 2027. The replacement levy will appear on the November 3, 2026, ballot for Caldwell School District voters.
If approved, the replacement levy would authorize $5.8 million per year for two years, beginning July 1, 2027, and ending June 30, 2029.

Voting Information
Are You Eligible to Register to Vote?
You may register to vote in Canyon County if you:
- Are a U.S. citizen
- Have lived in Idaho and Canyon County for at least 30 days before the election
- Will be 18 years old by Election Day
- Meet Idaho’s legal requirements to vote
When registering, you will also need to provide the required identification and proof of residence.
Keep Your Voter Registration Up to Date
Make sure your voter registration information is current if you:
- Move to a new address
- Change your name
- Need to update your voter information
- Want to change your party affiliation or unaffiliated status
You can check your voter registration status and update your information through the Idaho Secretary of State’s voter registration system.
Registration Deadlines
For most elections, online voter registration must be completed at least 11 days before Election Day.
If you miss the online registration deadline, Idaho also allows eligible voters to register in person when voting during early voting or on Election Day, provided they meet the registration requirements and have the required documentation.
ABSENTEE BALLOT INFORMATION FOR THE NOVEMBER 3RD ELECTION
The deadline to request an absentee ballot for the November 3, 2026 election is October 23, 2026.
Registered voters may request an Absentee Ballot by completing and signing a request form and submitting it to the Elections Office before 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2026. You can sign up for an absentee ballot on voteidaho.gov , or requests may be mailed, scanned and emailed, or delivered to the Canyon County Elections Office at 5815 Graye Ln. Caldwell, Idaho 83607.
Once voted, Absentee Ballots must be returned to the Elections Office at 5815 Graye Ln. Caldwell, Idaho 83607 by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
EARLY VOTING FOR THE NOVEMBER 3RD ELECTION
Early voting will be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the following dates and at the following locations:
