With the school board vote this week to move into the YELLOW hybrid model, we get the benefit of some face to face time in our classrooms with our students.  However, since we are hybrid, we will not see every kid every day for full periods so we must be intentional about what we do with the time that we do have students in our classrooms.  Flipping the classroom is a research-based strategy that is great for hybrid instructional models because it allows you to do the "teaching" in a virtual setting and then do practice, review, questioning, and reteaching in a face to face format.  Check out this guide to flipping your classroom as you start making plans for Monday!
