WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of our school is to create and maintain an environment that ensures every member of the school community reaches a high level of academic achievement. We commit to providing an enriched and caring atmosphere where all children achieve success and become independent lifelong learners.

WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY OBJECTIVES

We at Washington Elementary School will help children to:

• Set and strive toward reachable goals.
• Gain knowledge and understanding of, and appreciation for, school, community, nation, and world.
• Acquire the skills necessary for success in human relationships and physical, emotional, and academic growth.
• Read, write, compute, and problem solve at grade level or above.
