In order to attend the first day of Practice on August 16th All Athletes must have a Parent Consent Form turned in to their coach before they can attend the first day of Practice for Football , Volleyball or Cross Country. |

August 7 and 9 6-8 pm Conditioning (Voluntary)
August 14 and 15 6-8 pm Conditioning (Voluntary)
All Football players must attend 1 of the 2 days to check out gear either Monday 13th 6-8pm, or Tuesday 14th from 8-10am.
Meet the coaches in the Boys Locker Room next to the gym.
